Thats the problem with the current legal system. It encourages people to sue
everyone else, even if its their own fault. Even if you do something completely
stupid, it is always someone else's fault! Even if the lawyers know they will
probably lose the case, it sometimes doesn't matter because they will still get
thousands of dollars.
