  You can hardly call the other incidents QANTAS's fault can you? and
as for the crash some times shit happens. 

  PS the QANTAS thing the other day at Darwin, QANTAS Airlink lease
ALL their aircraft with crews, fully maintained from National Jet
Systems. QANTAS no doubt would have a service level agreement, but
other than that no say in the maintenace of the Airlink aircraft!
