A swap wouldn't achieve much because we would still have a foreign loco that has no
historical significance to Australia. Hammersley Iron should make sure that the loco goes
to someone who will look after it properly, ie: the UK. If you sell it to the highest
bidder it probably wouldn't go to a group that would look after it properly.
