795 Warragamba to Penrith is almost an hour
677 Penrith to Richmond is just over an hour
835 Liverpool to Penrith is just under 2 hours
(All non-airconditioned)

610 Castle Hill to City is around an hour
615 Rouse Hill to City is around an hour and fifteen minutes
(All air-conditioned)

I don't think journey times are the deciding factor.
