Yes at least 2 well know groups in NSW were offered this engine and they both knocked

This is irrelevant, CSR do what they want, Freightcorp dispose of their locos as they
want and so do Rio Tinto.

Why would we want the Garrett back here? Has any group asked for it? I only here you
asking for it to come back.
