I suppose that is the VR F (?) class.... but as far as the "locomotive
type" (0-6-0DM) goes, its at least a circa 1930s introduction to the
country, on either a timber or sugar tramway and quite possibly form
New Zealand in the first instance, so your question was so seriously
flawed as to be invalid.
