"dangerous drivers" lose their jobs. As for going past sticks at stop,
anyone can make an error of judgement. As for the large number of new
drivers doing it, it's not their fault, it's management's fault.

For at least 5 years now, when someone has serious breach of safeworking,
they are removed from duty until they are reassessed on what went wrong,
whether that takes 5 minutes or a couple of days.

You're right about the Olympics, management reduced training despite
warnings. They also consistantly pass new Drivers despite the
reccomendations of Driver Trainers.
