No. I was inquiring whether the Telegraph had run a photo of the CEO
seated on a train while women stood, and that the CEO had been
criticised for this. This seemed to be the implication of the posts I
was replying to, but I am still to get a direct answer.

As a journalist, I would be concerned if a newspaper ran such a photo
leading to such criticism without the full facts (ie the CEO's offer of
his seat being twice declined) being given to the readers.

Of course the media run slanted stories very day.
