Assuming they were off duty why should they have to stand up for other 
passengers? If indeed they are off duty, they are normal passengers like 
eveyrone else. Remember, they are the people who work hard to attempt to 
bring a reliable service to hundreds-of-thousands/millions of passengers 
each day.
