Please quote your sources when you make statements like this. Peter Vincent
has trouble finding out what did happen, yet you can tell us what was
planned but didn't happen.

And always remember, annual reports are among the most unreliable documents
ever generated by the VR which is where I suspect you are getting this from.

As to the "bogie designed for a wheel to leave the track" that ranks right
up there with your assertion that  "you can't have 3 position signals in
TSAT territory".
