and the unfortunate part is that you brought your house after the railway line
was built, no matter how near of far you live, track maintenance must go on. If
it inconveniences you one night out of 365, is it really that much of a
problem??

Noise regulations are Stupid AND Unrealistic because they are regulated to a
minimum, with the minimum being NONE!
