They are on K and C sets. L sets as well.

The reasoning apparently is that if all trains cannot show them, then none
of them will. They don't want to confuse people who, seeing a Tangara coming
into Strathfield with left and right lights, will presume it is going west,
and then have it turn off for Hornsby.
