Total replacement of everything at Heidelberg/Rosanna.

That is all signals, point machines, tirp arms, etc.

New layout will be Double line to single as now. (Rosanna Junction and down
end of Heidelberg).  There will be one crossover at the up end to allow
a train from the down platform to access the up line.  All down trains
from Melbourne will have to use the down Platform, Up trains will be
able to use either platform.  So the facility of terminating trains
at Heidelberg will remain.
