S99.6138 issued today reads "Seymour Railway Heritage Centre Classic
Railway Tour" (to St Arnaud).

This Circular replaces  S.99/6135  <end quote>

I assume S99.6135 was the SteamRail tour.

What happened?  Surely SRV can't have all its locos unavailable, can
it?
