Hi,

I did hear something about a stuck level crossing on the scanner this 
afternoon, perhaps the very same one. The driver reporting it, reported 
that there were many people crossing it with their cars and if something 
wansn't going to be done about it yesterday, there would most certainly be 
an incident involving train vs. car.

I can't believe how stupid people are, still.
