I am sure that I have already posted this, but the extension anlong LaTrobe
Street will open in Feb '00 and only to Docklands Stadium,

The connection between Flinders Street West to Docklands Stadium will open
in about June '00

The short extension along Flinders Street West for route 70 will open at the
end of the year or early next year.  This will be for route 70 trams to 
terminate at Flinders/Spencer Street and be out of the way of the other trams
(48, 75, 109, 12, 96).

I am sorry David you will have to wait till next time for the Docklands tram.
Unless you stay for a little while till the AFL starts in Feb (should be March,
but that is Sydneys fault)
