Not quite right about 3016. It has been out of service since the end of last
year due to the failure of the rivets on the smokebox tube plate failing, we
believe due to being put in to cold. As hot riveting is an uncommon practice
we felt if there was another viable option then we would use it, it appears
that huck bolts will be used and the loco will be back in traffic early next
year.
