The figures that were supplied to the Safeworking Office in the late '80's were
that 18 stopping trains per hour could operate between Blackburn and Ringwood. At
that time 17 trains per hour were scheduled. I can only see 90 sec headways as
possible in all trains run express thus not providing a service. If you have
later figures I would be pleased to see them.
