Of course, the road construction business is very money intensive and that is
good for all the little private industries along the way. And because they all
get a share of the money, they all think that the govt is fantastic and will
vote for them again. The trouble is that the road lobby is so strong and the
rail one non-existent, then money will only flow to the roads. That's where the
VOTES are.
