On the Tri-Stater tour, I had to spend 2 hours standing next to a drunken idiot
to stop him opening the external door and stepping out at 115 km/h (he did
try).   This was time that I would have much rathered spent in bed, as 4 hours
later I had to water the cars at Keswick.  My enjoyment of that leg of the tour
was ruined because someone didn't know when to stop.
