Signs next to the track

Can someone please tell me what the following mean:
Two horozintal white lines on a overhead pole
Two white lines at 45Deg " "  "   "

I diamond with a number in it like 32, 45 etc seen just after stations
like Ringwood, East Richmond and many others.


And where in Melbourne can you find points with normal speed/curve boards
like Belgrave, Blackburn?
