The trouble with posting to newsgroups is that the information is read by a
large number of people and historical type of info has a tendency to be turned
into fact - everyone can think of examples in their area - and in the case of
railway history and signalling in Victoria, I wish to try and correct any errors
that get posted. I try not to correct spelling but my browsers spell checker is
switched on and so I hope that any errors that escape my two finger typing will
be fixed. And as for the indexed notebooks, how did you know?
