At least upgrade 3813 - 3801 will take care of itself!
But to really do it properly, you'd need to consider a few of the improvements
Porta used along with the stuff coming out of the Steam 2000 group in the USA.
3813 would end up having a few bits & pieces bolted on the side & might look
less like she did in the old days. THAT would be your problem because then you'd
get the protesters blocking the line with their banners. Of course you might
also consider using gas as a heat source - that'd rock them!
