The Qld & Vic lines I can't explain nor Dorrigo but the others should be
on the map, simply because they are still there. In NSW for what appear
to be legal reasons, no closed branch has been lifted since the Camden
branch in 1961. Hence for the purposes of a road atlas, they should be
shown, although I would consider marking them disused might be useful.
