More spark transfers (Melb)

Yesterday (Mon), a spark transfer ran from Westall Mainenatance Centre
(Bayside), with two T classes, carrying 3 Hitachi cars to Bendigo shops
for Park Brake mods.  The two T's returned to Epping Maintenance Depot
(Hillside), with 9 Hitachi cars, 3 ex refurbishment (the last
refurbishment delivery for Hillside) and 6 ex Park Brake mods.

Another transfer is scheduled for this Thursday, to and from Westall (at
this stage, could be Newport), 3 Comeng cars to Clyde Somerton, and 3
cars returned, ex "reliablility upgrade" (new fronts, new digital speedos,
etc...)
