LED signals in QR.

Conversion of standard globe type signals to LED signals in the Brisbane
Suburban Area is going ahead rapidly. Currently, only 3 aspect (R/Y/G) main
signal heads are currently being replaced. At present, there is no provision
for LED Junction Indicators but an LED Position Light Shunt signal is
currently on trial at Mitchelton.

LED signals are now installed at Bowen Hills, Mayne, Dutton Park,
Helensvale, Nerang, Robina and Redbank.
All signals are multiple aspect style (one lamp per colour).
