yes well Vance certainly had a go at us and Noel is pretty well right. The
major cuts were in the vicinity of Lake Julia [28km not 70km West of Kooly
though Noel].  Esperance Bch was also  cut(minor reopened Wednesday) between
Hampton and Kambalda in addition to the cuts toward Higginsville.  Probably
reopened next Wednesday 31st.
Other than that, most personnel in the vicinity have been issued flippers
and snorkels if intending to venture off the perway.
