Actually, Ericsson has since released an updated version of ATC which is
said to be continuous (like the Westect ATP). It is also rumoured that
existing intermittent ATC systems can be upgraded to the new version without
a complete system refit. I wonder why QR has not chosen to adopt this
product instead.
