As somebody who works at the State Library I can assure you it is not a
short walk (in relative CBD terms) up Hunter Street to the Library! Roughly
equidistant to the Quay, St James and Wynyard. Martin Place is closer...that
is probably where the station should be located as it could tie in nicely
with the Eastern Suburbs Line.
The 'Inner City Circle Line' sounds interesting. What is it?
