And also at Town Hall - but I was thinking of undercover access to the
Martin Place exits for Loop traffic, and vice versa for Martin Pl.
Interchange benefit would be limited to MP -> Quay, and TH would be just a
little slower. However, IF the inner rails were installed and lines extended
SE and ???, then interchange would be an issue.

However, all that said, my point was a travelator link would be a  whole lot
cheaper than a new station.
