Oh.

But if you reverse the wheels, then don't the tyres reverse anyway
since they're stuck on? Or do you reverse the tyres after the wheels
have been reversed, making it a reverse-reverse? That means that the
tyres are back the way they were before - right? If so, then why not
take the tyres off, reverse the wheels then stick the tyres back on
the way they were before, that'll mean the flanges are on the inside -
cool? Isn't that a good idea?
