RD March issue

Further to last month’s discussion of RD, in the latest issue, there is
another instalment of the “Great Survivors” series, which made its
debut last September though this time, it looks at a single but
classic subject, the South Maitland Railway. Other articles in this
occasional series will look at other topics of railway interest in
coming months. There is also a full report on V/Line Freight
privatisation (which could have an impact on NSW rail operations)
and an expanded NSW Preservation & Tourist section plus much,
much more. Collectively, the March issue’s captions alone amount
to over 3500 words.

The magazine was available to ARHS members last Wednesday
and the subscription copies were posted this morning.

The Editorial team and publisher thank all RD readers for their
on-going support.
