Yeah brother , some sanity at last .
The incremental cost of converting what we now have to axle counting based CTC 
is minimal.
The comm links are already there to service the radio base stations.
All points are already motor operated.
Arrival homes already exist.
All thats needed is departure homes at 5 loops and 14 axle counters.
I would tend to dismantle Maroona Loop as its too close to Tatyoon or vice 
versa and simply make the junction a hand operated switch locked point.

I will now have to modify my Train Dispatcher model of Newport to Pyreenees 
Loop to allow for the improved running times.
Should make a bit of differance , at least to the Overland.
