Hi there

Victoria St between Elizabeth and Swanston Sts is Swanston Territory
and even has its own route No. The route is 199 from Victoria &
Elizabeth via Franklin & Swanston, Latrobe & Swanston to Spencer &
Latrobe. The route no is for Automatic Vehicle Monitoring purposes,
also the Automated Ticketing System has the route info also.
