Yes. And the original poster quickly qualified his question to relate to
Victoria.

You quoted the question yourself. It said

ON SIGNAL POSTS...

Your answer had nothing to do with signal posts.

However it is true that there is something a bit bizarre about codings
for overhead wiring structures and signals being different.
