Park Road bomb shelter (was Bromage really is GOD!!!)

Another platform will be built at Park Road and an extra QR gauge line will
be laid between Park Road and Dutton Park. I believe this will be to
alleviate congestion. The ground frame crossover between the platforms will
be removed as a part of this work and the ground frame crossovers at Buranda
will be motorised.
