I ment that if you wanted to have both Cragieburn and Airport trains
running express (or limited express), and all stops Broadmeadows
trains, you would probably need a 3rd track (because of the larger
number of express trains).  If you only wanted airport trains to run
express, then 2 tracks would do unless frequencies for BMD trains were
substantially more than they are now.
