Have you done your homework or not??
Now that you have published your little wish list, tell me where are you
going to get that sort of money?
the Victorian Public Transport system would start to look a little like
Sydney, and no doubt, Melbourne would start challenging that City with an
increasing population in no time. I have always thought that Sydney got a
head start on Melbourne because their population was more mobile, and the
city was able to expand much further, much more quickly than us.
