True - we at Penrith have an off-peak service of four suburban trains per
hour (one express, the other semi-express) and one interurban train per hour
(super-express) - fastest journey time is about 50 minutes, slowest about 1
hour 10 mins (approx.) - and that is all day, every day - it starts to drop
off about 7ish on weekdays, 6ish on weekends.
