I don't think the Chubb guards have the authority to enfore the 
1988 Transport Administration Act, which bascially means they're about as 
much use as the Keystone Cops.

If only all those late-nite travellers (whom the Govt informs us "feel 
safe" 'cause of the security guards' presence) were aware of this, we 
may, just may, get a push to restore the Transit Police force, which 
should never have been abolished in the first place.
