Yes, 48s37 is in the RTS shed being refurbished.

How about NSWGR diesels 4002 & 4006? They became Betchel 261.002 &
261.001 then Robe River 1705 & 1700, then 9405 & 9401.

Hammersleys S2 was originally SP&S 21 then HI 004 then HI 007.

With NSW Steam locos the following had four numbers:-
78-1004-PWD13-78. (same number twice)
51-24-408-69(3rd).
67-193(2nd)-LO18-1029.
285-1801-1078-1801. (same number twice)
287-1803-1077-1803. (same number twice)

One loco had five and maybe six:-
31N-(415?)-423-2002-PWD80-80.
