Put it this way: If I sat down on a seat and realised the bloke next to
me was drinking alcohol and blasting away with his portable radio, I'd
move somewhere else. With six carriages to choose from, out of peak
hour, chances are you're going to be able to find a more pleasant seat.

If you apparently sat there and endured it, that's your problem.
