The only work so far is the La Trobe Bridge (which they are adding
the third section this weekend, hence the major the major stuff ups
at Flinders Street this weekend with the northern group)
The bridge has room in the middle for the tram tracks.

The funding comes from eachof the bidders for docklands.
ie each group that has a section of the docklands pays for the tram.

Initally the 48 will turn left at the top of Spencer Street 
and use the first section of the new line, as well the 34 will go 
straight down La Trobe Street to the new section.
