Re: Tram Stop platforms [was VR trams (was Batman Avenue Trams Finished!)



I can't see how the tapered fronts of the Zs has anything to do with
clearing platforms. Why would they be wider at the first 150 mm or so off
the ground than other cars? I can see a possible problem if the paltform
were on a curve, but I don't think there are any curved tram platforms in
Melb.
