Chubb Guards will start patrolling after 14:00 from Monday. School kids will

Fact 4.5 A lot of them do not even care.

Many of the reports do not get acted on, but as it is, Chubb has to pay back
$10,000 - $12,000 a month due to trains not getting patrolled correctly.
