V/Line Pass Worst Service in Australia

V/ Line pass would have to have the worst service in Australia. They never
run their trains to the timetable and keep using the excuse that locos are
defective when it is well known that they are short of train crews.
Passengers are never informed correctly as to what is going on. They run
extra 101 country services but have not placed any extra crews to cover the
extra running instead the timetables at peak hours is left high and dry with
services always running late. Things might change when the service is
privatised but it will still leave a lot to be desired.  When you speak to
the operations management it is usually just laughed off but how many of
these people might still be there with a private company . They are just
typical goverment beuracratic employees who need to be taught how to deal
with people who pay their wages.
