Two new 1+4 XPT sets (with a single 2500hp engine) would run the Canberra
services to the current timetable, maybe even a little faster.

The two 3-car Xplorers currently running to Canberra could then run an
Albury service. Like the old RIierina XPT, but also with conditional stops
at places such as Binalong, Bowning, Uranquinty, Yerong Creek and
Gerogery.
