Sort of ... there are several places around Brisbane where a building,
usually a hospital, is across a major road from its associated car park, and
a pedestrian tunnel links the two. There are also a couple of places where a
pedestrian bridge has been built to cross a major road. I think this
principle could be used more than it currently is.
