One anomaly which Ive noticed in SA on the CTC between the Vic border and
Keswick , is that unlike the Vic arrangement, the departure signals from the
No 2 road of the crossing loops have a pair of color spots exactly the same as
the home arrival signals (ie both have movable lenses.) , yet Ive never seen
the upper aspect show anything but red ,ie the aspects seem to be R/R , R/Y or
R/G .
Also unlike Vic CTC there is also another 3 spot home signal about 2 kms
after a crossing loop.
Anyone know the permissable aspects for the SA system.
