(SAS); Galvin Block Point - Manor Loop (SAS).
Yes you can have follow on moves but a light loco cannot depart Totty
loop to go to Goninans if a train has departed Manor on the Up. 

Lifw would be much easier if the repeater at the grade crossing at
Galvin became Newports Up Home arrival signal and from there to
Newport was track circuited yard limits. Of course no one has the
money for that.
